Refers to the state of one's satisfaction, fulfillment and overall health in relation to their work or chosen occupation

Occupational wellness encompasses various aspects of work, including the physical, mental and emotional wellness of an individual within their professional environment.

This dimension of wellness is not solely about the job itself but also includes the balance between work and personal life, job satisfaction, career development and the alignment of one's values and interests with their chosen occupation.
Questions to ask yourself:
  1. Am I genuinely satisfied and fulfilled with my current job or career path? Does it align with my values, interests and long-term goals?
  2. Does my work provide me with a sense of purpose and meaning in my life?
  3. How well do I manage the balance between my work and personal life?
  4. Do I feel valued and appreciated for my contributions in the workplace?
  5. Am I continuously growing and developing my skills and knowledge in my profession?
